KAssie Gray

CEO / Founder

A San Jose native, Kassie is a former U18 National Team member and women’s soccer player at UC Berkeley (Cal). Inspired by strong female teammates, she coached Cal ID camps and ran soccer clinics for underserved youth while at Cal.

Kassie has over 15 years of experience in education and social emotional coaching at a K-12 School District. She specializes in curriculum development, where her past experiences at BAWSI and Girls Leadership have informed her ability to create unique curriculum around the mental side of the game and empower female athletes to build confidence and develop a growth mindset.

Kassie is married and has three adorable children. Kassie hopes to help empower female soccer players by finding their voice, autonomy in their role, and harness a strong mental edge.

Haley Lukas

Chief Operating Officer

Haley was a four-year starter and captain on the women's soccer team at UC Berkeley (Cal). Off the field, she served as Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) President, tutored student-athletes, and organized philanthropic efforts for Bay Area organizations.

Post-collegiately, Haley played professionally in multiple top divisions in Europe. She is a Polish Cup winner, French Cup semi-finalist with En Avant Guingamp, and competed in UEFA Women's Champions League.

Haley drives business development and growth projects at Female Footballers as well as mentors and leads team sessions for clubs nationwide. She is dedicated to developing mental performance and leadership skills in female athletes for success both in sport and for careers beyond.

Rachael Thomas

Chief Content Officer

A multi-sport athlete with two older brothers, Rachael never backed down from a challenge. She played top level youth soccer and basketball before playing on the women’s soccer team at UC Berkeley (Cal). Working through multiple injuries at Cal, Rachael learned how powerful the mental side of the game is to measuring and creating success.

Rachael went on to earn her teaching credential and taught in a K-2 multi-age program in Redwood City. She also coaches her three daughters in their many sports endeavors and has over 10 years experience coaching female athletes at the youth level.

Rachael has a passion for keeping girls involved in sports as long as possible as so many of her great memories and life lessons came through sports.
