Soccer Career: Houston Dash, NC Courage, Angel City FC, Chicago Red Stars (NWSL)

Spotlight: Cari has played 8 years in the NWSL, but while she is not playing, she is passionate about giving back in the mental health space and paving the way for younger generations. Along with her former college teammate she co-hosts a podcast, Butterfly Road, which seeks to change the way society views mental health, specifically in athletics.


Sierra Enge

College: Stanford University 

Soccer Career: San Diego Wave (NWSL), Stanford Team Captain, SoCal Blues, Carlsbad United 

Spotlight: Sierra just finished her rookie season in the NWSL. She received her bachelor's in business and her master's in communications from Stanford University. She is passionate about mental health and giving through coaching and mentorship. Sierra believes in the importance of community and wants to share her journey with others within female footballers. 


Sam Hiatt

College: Stanford University 

Soccer Career: Gotham FC, Seattle Reign (NWSL), Stanford Team Captain, US U20 World Cup Captain 

Spotlight: 5th year in the NWSL Major: Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Neuroscience. Passionate about mental health, mentorship, helping the next generation of athletes (especially young female footballers) to achieve their goals, sharing what I’ve learned with younger players and hopefully equipping them to grow and thrive. Hobbies/things I Iove are baking, reading, and traveling 


Maya Doms

College: Stanford University

Soccer Career: Bay FC (NWSL), Stanford Team Captain, Davis Legacy Soccer Club

Spotlight: Maya is beginning her rookie season in the NWSL with the Bay FC expansion team. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, and is passionate about mental health and relating to others by listening to and sharing unique experiences as a person and a player. She hopes to help young, aspiring players improve their mental performance and assist them come closer to their full potential. 

 

Jordyn Bloomer

College: University of Wisconsin

Soccer Career: Racing Louisville FC (NWSL), Western Sydney Wanderers (Australia), Wisconsin Team Captain, FC Wisconsin

Spotlight: Jordyn is finishing her third season in the NWSL for Racing Louisville. At the University of Wisconsin she got her bachelor’s degree in economics with a double minor in entrepreneurship and general business as well as a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy analysis. She hopes to help support young aspiring athletes navigate their journeys and achieve their goals. 

Maddie Moreau

College: LSU & West Virginia University

Soccer Career: Bay FC (NSWL), West Virginia University Team Captain, LSU Team Captain, Cajun Rush SC

Spotlight:
- starting rookie season with Bay
- majored in Psychology with minor in human services
- passionate about teaching mental tools and preparation from my own experience

Caroline Conti

College: Clemson University

Soccer Career: Bay FC (NWSL), Clemson University

Spotlight: Caroline is in her rookie season for Bay FC after a decorated career at Clemson University. She is passionate about helping youth players build confidence and work on their mental game.

Kennedy Wesley

College: Stanford University

Soccer Career: San Diego Wave (NWSL), Stanford University

Spotlight: Wesley was selected in the first round (12th overall) of the 2024 NWSL Draft by San Diego Wave FC. She is an avid champion of philanthropic endeavors. Most recently she has been nominated for the Lauren Holiday Community impact Leader award!

 

Civana Kuhlmann

College: Stanford University, University of Colorado

Soccer Career: Washington Spirit NWSL

Spotlight: Civana was drafted in the 2023 NWSL Draft to the Washington Spirit. She won a National Championship in 2019 with Stanford and played on both the U17 and U20 National Teams. She won a U17 CONCACAF Championship. Civana has experience adversity through injury throughout her career and she has learned the power of mental skill training to move through her injuries. She has a deep passion to help the next generation learn about emotional agility through adversity.

Maddie Mercado

College: University of Notre Dame

Soccer Career: Seattle Reign NWSL, USYNT

Spotlight: Maddie was drafted to the Seattle Reign of the NWSL in the 2024 Draft 27th overall. She played collegiately at the University of Notre Dame. She played on the USYNT U14 and U19 teams. Maddie grew up alongside FF Mentor Sierra Enge and her sister and shares in their mission to provide guidance and support to female players on the mental side of the game.

Olivia Sekany

College: University of Washington Team Captain Cal Women’s Soccer

Soccer Career: Racing Louisville (NWSL): 2023; Pleasanton RAGE Club Soccer

Spotlight: Olivia just finished her rookie season in the NWSL, prior to which she earned a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley and a master’s in Communication Leadership from the University of Washington. She is passionate about mental health and making sport a safe space for the next generation.

Kim Yokers Kreta

College: UC Berkeley

Soccer Career: 5 years of professional soccer with the Bay Area FC Gold Pride, Long Island Fury, and the NWSL's Western New York Flash USSF C License

Spotlight: Kim brings a great deal of experience to the table as an ex-pro soccer player, former club technical director and coach, and years of private and small group coaching experience. She is a parent to two kiddos, and is currently obtaining a masters in counseling to become a licensed therapist, with the intention of working with youth and young adults who are navigating challenging phases in their lives.

 

Allie Rodriguez

College: University of Oregon

Soccer Career: University of Oregon Women's Soccer Team Walk-On, 2011 Rookie of the Year Award, Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention honoree

Spotlight: Allie has played competitive soccer throughout her life and, to this day, continues to find ways to stay involved in the soccer community and serve young players. She recently participated in a former player's panel at Nike to share stories and experiences in the sport with a local youth soccer girls' team. She looks forward to continuing to support young athletes in the Female Footballers program.

Emmy Rodriquez

College: University of Oregon, Oregon State University

Soccer Career: Played multiple sports growing up and throughout high school (soccer, basketball, track and field) Pleasanton Rage

Spotlight: After graduation began working in the NBA- Sacramento Kings and focused in partnerships for 4 seasons. Received a referral in 2021 for a position at Apple to work on partnerships for Apple Pay across all 5 major sports leagues (NBA, NFL, MLS, NHL, MLB). Been working at Apple for almost 3 years and have spent the past year living in New York. Recently transferred back to the Bay Area to continue new opportunities within Apple. 

Haley Lukas

College: UC Berkeley

Soccer Career: Ferencvárosi TC (Hungary), En Avant Guingamp (France), ZFK Spartak Subotica (Serbia), KKPK Medyk Konin (Poland)

Spotlight: Haley is our COO, spearheading Female Footballers mentorship programming and business development. Beyond Female Footballers she is pursuing her JD/MBA and hopes to advocate for athlete welfare through the law.

Stephanie Wieger

College: UC Berkeley

Soccer Career: Division One starter at pac-12 UC Berkeley, Semi Professional Bay Area Breeze…

Spotlight: Stephanie is making her way back to working with Female Footballers after a cross country move and becoming a mom! She is one of our OG mentors and brings a wealth of knowledge about what we do here!

 

Lea Graham

College: Azusa Pacific University; California Baptist University; Southern Utah University 

Soccer: 2 seasons Taft College; 2 seasons Azusa Pacific University 

Spotlight:  After graduating with a Master's Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, Lea has been working in higher education in various roles. Combining her athletic experience and education, she now serves as a Director of Operations for Southern Utah University's D1 WSOC Program. She works as a Program Manager in Community Mental Health for California Institute of Integral Studies. She is also pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in leadership. Lea is passionate about mental skills development and providing the tools and resources for female athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field. 

Gina Lewandowski

College: Lehigh University

Soccer Career: 1.FFC Frankfurt (Germany), WNY Flash (WPS), FC Bayern Munich (Germany), NJ/NY Gotham FC, UEFA and USSF B Coaching Licenses

Spotlight: Gina has played professionally for 15 years, 12 years overseas in Germany and then finishing up her career close to home in the USA. She recently retired and is now coaching at her alma mater. Sports and specifically soccer have been avenues to help her grow into the person she is today. Looking at sports performance from a holistic approach, she is passionate about giving back to the next generation of athletes and helping them become better versions of themselves. Gina also holds camps and clinics throughout the year to bring even more opportunities for the youth to enjoy the game, gain confidence, and learn different tools on how to build their mental game.

Adyson Willett

College: California State University, Los Angeles

Soccer Career: FC Malaga City (Spanish League 4th Division), ZFK Masinac Trace (Serbian Superliga), Xolos Femenil of Club Tijuana (LigaMX, Mexico)

Spotlight: Adyson has been playing professionally overseas for the past 4 years since graduating from college in 2019. She loves traveling, experiencing new cultures, and learning new languages. Playing abroad has been an incredible experience and she would love to share what she has learned throughout her journey. She’s also very passionate about improving her mental performance through meditation, breath work, and journaling and wants to help younger players learn these useful techniques.

Pavlína Nepokojová

College: Murray State University 

Soccer career: Women’s Czech National Team, WU19 Czech National Team, AC Sparta Prague (Czech Republic), Seacoast United Maine (WPSL)

Spotlight: Pavlina had been a part of the Czech National team from the age of 16 up until the end of her active professional soccer career. She continues working with youth athletes and helping them advanced with their careers and personal developments. Currently studying MSc program majoring in Mental Coaching for Professional Athletes and working with youth athletes on their mental skills to enhance their performances in sport. 


 

Mari Pastor

College: UC Davis

Soccer Career: Redditch FC (England), Alamein FC (Australia), Omonoia FC (Cyprus), San Francisco Nighthawks (WPSL- USA)

Spotlight: Mari has played overseas professionally in three different countries as well as competed collegiately and semi professionally in the United States. She has been very passionate about mental health and athletics since college, and is going to be starting her Masters in Sports Psychology in the Fall. While playing, Mari has also coached for the past 12 years at all youth levels and excited now to continue that work as a mentor at Female Footballers!

Jenni Cienfuegos

College: Notre Dame de Namur University

Soccer Career: Four year soccer and academic scholarship at NDNU. Currently Diablo Valley Wolves FC assistant girls DOC.  In the process of earning a US Soccer "C" license. Currently playing at Copa Soccer Training Lab futsal leagues

Spotlight: Outside of soccer Jenni is an elementary PE teacher.  Her passion for coaching and teaching shines bright while out on the field and surrounded by athletes.  Soccer has been a part of her life since she was four.  She has been through all the mental and physical challenges that come with competitive and collegiate soccer.  Jenni is an advocate for community over competition and making positive changes and creating more opportunities for girls/women in sports.  She has been coaching top level teams, formerly at Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club and now at Diablo Valley Wolves FC for the past 10+ years.

Louise Arseneault

College: University of Mobile, Alabama

Soccer Career: Bay Area Breeze (California), Kokkola Futis 10 (Finland), NorCal Women’s Beach Soccer Club, 3 Seasons in the W-League, 6 Seasons in the WPSL, Beach Soccer World Winners Cup (Turkey), U.S. Women’s National Futsal Team

Spotlight: In addition to her success on the field, court, and in the sand, Louise is a published author (Book: The Blackout- A novel Inspired by True Events) and coaches youth teams in the Bay Area.

 

Jordyn Elliott

College: UC Berkeley

Soccer Career: Cal Team Captain, recruited forward turned outside back, SF Nighthawks

Spotlight: Jordyn received multiple awards at Cal for her contributions to the community and success in the Haas School of Business. She served on the board of Cal Athletics Gender Equity and Diversity Committee and as a steering member for RISE (Reach, Inclusion, Service, and Equity), a program to boost the Haas undergraduate applicant pool of historically underrepresented minorities.

 

Kory Lamet

College: UC Berkeley

Soccer Career: UC Berkeley (Pac-12) Mustang Soccer Trainer (2016 - 2018)

Spotlight: Kory brings professional experience having played and captained two Division I sports in both soccer and beach volleyball. Post college she began training - both in a team setting and individual - girls aged 9-15 for one of the top clubs in the Bay Area. Since 2018 Kory pursued a career in sports technology with the goal to educate players and coaches of the importance of incorporating practice and game film into your training programs. Having lived in London for the last three years and moving to New York in March of this year, Kory continues to find a way to keep her passion for soccer and sports alive.

Sadie Brown

College: Claremont McKenna College

Sadie is a rising sophomore at Claremont McKenna College where she is studying History with a sequence in Gender and Sexuality Studies. With a focus in Women’s Studies, Sadie hopes to delve into the roles, experiences, and achievements of women in different aspects of society.

Mia Corbin

College: University of California at Berkeley

Soccer Career: LDA Alajuela (Costa Rica), Parma Calcio (Italy), Brisbane Roar Australia, USL Super League Carolina Ascent FC, UC Berkeley team captain, USYNT U-19

Spotlight: Mia is in her 4th year playing professional soccer. She majored in Media Studies with a focus in sports marketing. She was on the board of the Black Student Athlete Committee at UC Berkeley and interned for the Athletics Dept in Women’s Basketball. Mia is always focused on helping the younger generation of women’s soccer. She has coached both mens and women’s soccer, loves to read and explore new places!

Sabrina Flores

College: University of Notre Dame

Soccer Career: Sky Blue FC, Sevilla FC, NJ/NY Gotham FC

Spotlight: Sabrina played 5 years in the NWSL and 1 year abroad in Spain. During her pro career she started a coaching and mentorship business aimed at empowering athletes on and off the field. She is super passionate about giving back to the younger generation and using her club/college/pro experiences to inspire and change lives.

Chloe Cacoyannis

Intern and Mentor

College: University of California, Santa Barbara Bachelor’s degree in Sociology; Santa Clara University pursuing Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology

Soccer Career: Captain for Santa Clara Sporting, Captain for Archbishop Mitty, 1 year at UC Santa Barbara. 

Spotlight: Chloe played her entire club soccer career with Santa Clara Sporting where she led her team to five NorCal State Cup Championships. She was also a 4-year member of the Archbishop Mitty Women’s Varsity soccer team. During her high school career she won 4 WCAL championships, 2 CCS championships, and was the CIF NorCal runner-up in 2018. She then went to play soccer at UC Santa Barbara for 1 year before retiring to focus on school and her mental health. She is currently the assistant women’s varsity soccer coach at Archbishop Mitty High School and is attending Santa Clara University to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. 


Caroline Kane

Intern and Mentor

College:Junior at Princeton University, majoring in Psychology accompanied by a minor in Neuroscience.

Soccer Career: As a member of the Princeton women’s soccer team, Caroline emphasizes the importance of using readily available resources on campus to enhance performance.

Spotlight: Caroline has aspirations of focusing on the clinical and mental performance aspects of sports through her academic endeavors, and wants to create a positive change in the mental health space for student-athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels. She is excited to join Female Footballers alongside a wonderful group of women to empower and inspire the younger generation of women to develop their emotional intelligence, leadership and interpersonal skills alongside their athletic development. 

Judy Bradbury

College: Cal Poly Pomona, California

Soccer Career: 4 season-Cal Poly Pomona, Soccer Coach-Canyon HS

Spotlight: After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture, Judy turned her focus to developing her creative profession. Combining her athletic and creative experience, she established a 26+ year career in the themed entertainment industry as a designer and has worked on several attractions with teams at Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Studios. To add to her diverse background, Judy has recently become a health coach and is dedicated to empowering female athletes, inspire creativity, and foster health and wellness.

Alana Asch

College: University of Vermont, University of Northern Colorado Masters in Sport and Exercise Science

Soccer Career: Certified Health and Wellness Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her soccer career was stopped short when she began to struggle with her mental health her senior year of high school. Since then, Alana has rebuilt her relationship to not just soccer, but fitness and exercise also.

Spotlight: Alana is a strength and conditioning coach building physically resilient and mentally strong youth female soccer players. Alana is excited to be a part of Female Footballers to share her expertise and passion about empowering youth females with the mental skill sets and tools she did not have when she was playing in high school. 

Rowan Stout

College: Salt Lake Community College, UT

Soccer Career: Record holding goalkeeper for SLCC. Arrows (Utah), Red Devils (Utah), OSA (Washington)

Spotlight: Rowan is an established coach for one of the top highschools in the country (Seattle Prep). In addition to her success on the pitch, Rowan is the founder of Endure Life, a clothing brand committed to mental health awareness & suicide prevention. Rowan is a featured keynote speaker, working with colleges around the US to provide resources, insight & address the importance of mental health on & off campus.

Courtney Parmer

College: Arizona State University Women's Club Soccer, Howard County Community College Women's Soccer 2008 Defensive Player of the Year, Pfeiffer University Women's Soccer

Soccer Career: Played at Pfeiffer University. US Soccer Grassroots License  (K-12 ages) Former Head Coach Kyrene Aprende Middle School Soccer Former Head Coach Skyesville Freedom Club U9 Girls

Spotlight: Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Hispanic Children  and Families from Our Lady of the Lake University 2022 (San Antonio TX),  currently working towards independent licensure (LCSW), Certified School Social Worker (Prek-12) currently working as a school counselor for students K-12 in Arizona, Trained in Mental Health First Aid Courtney has a wide variety of experience which includes playing at the collegiate level, youth coaching, and soccer moming. Courtney is a Masters level social worker and is working towards her independent clinical license, LCSW. She is a Certified School Social Worker and provides counseling at a K-12 school in Arizona.

Aubrey McLin

High School Ambassador

Soccer Career: High School Student Athlete, San Francisco Night Hawks WPSL & Davis Legacy ECNL 

Spotlight: Aubrey is a student athlete and advocate who plays competitive soccer as a goalkeeper. She is passionate about bringing awareness and change to sports regarding the importance of incorporating mental skills curriculum to their programs. She also enjoys coaching youth sports, freelance writing, and traveling. Aubrey provides guest blog and digital content for Female Footballers.

Maggie Cagle

College: University of Virginia

Soccer Career: Maggie just finished her 3rd year at the University of Virginia. Majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology.

Spotlight: Maggie is hopeful to continue to work in athletics and specifically women’s soccer to support optimal sports performance at all levels. She is passionate about growing the women’s game while also continuing to grow the space within it to be unique and vulnerable. She is excited to join this community and bring her passion for the game and love for connection. 


Chardonnay Curran

College: University of Oregon

Soccer Career: Kansas City Current, Chicago Red Stars NWSL

Spotlight: Chardonnay is a passionate advocate for the mental side of the game. She is excited to work with Female Footballers to help strengthen players confidence and resilience.
